Ear Acupuncture
Ubuntu Holistic Healing is a centre of healing using auricular (ear) acupuncture to help heal conditions of the body and mind. There is medical evidence of the success achieved in not only addiction recovery and smoking cessation, but also helping a number of other conditions including anxiety, stress ADHD, weight loss, migraines, mood disorders, PTSD and more.
What to expect
Acupuncture treatment is performed with the client resting in a chair. An alcohol swab is used to clean the outside of the ear.
Up to five points are gently placed into specific sites on each ear, using small, sterilized disposable needles.
The insertion is quick, taking only seconds. The effects begin almost immediately.
Once the needles are in place, clients sit quietly and relax with the points in for 45 minutes.
Auricular Acupuncture uses much smaller & thinner needles than those used for body acupuncture.
Length of treatments and success varies for each individual. While some patients respond quickly to treatments, others may require a series of ongoing treatments.

Individual and group sessions . We provide individual and group session. The procedure is virtually painless and is safe, gentle and a natural way to heal your body. The sessions are done in a safe and beautiful setting in Centurion but we also travel if group bookings are made.
